The research presents a deep analysis of the digital environment, highlighting the decline in traditional media gatekeeping as a result of massive digital platforms, which has led to fragile structural foundations in digital information. The thesis proposes a new concept, "Technical Distinction," to dissect the gap between Moroccan users' high theoretical knowledge and inadequate practical tools for technical verification. The study reveals that 86.8% of respondents lack formal training in digital journalism education, relying instead on instinctive traditional methods like hearing the broadcaster rather than using reverse image processing algorithms. It concludes with four integrated implementation proposals: first, strengthen media education policies in national public policies, second, integrate digital standards into educational curricula to train teachers with specialized training packages, third, establish real-time collaborative interactions between relevant ministries and civil society to disseminate awareness workshops, and fourth, empower individuals with self-learning skills and tools to combat false content. The academic work received widespread praise from the review committee, commending the researcher's professional long-term expertise and comprehensive recommendations.
